1. What if I give fake information?
Your logged IP address, Browser type, operating system & complete call records including originating & terminating phone numbers, and e-mail address will be recorded. Giving False Information is a Federal Offense in the United States. Please provide Correct information and enjoy our services!! WE will cancel any fraudulent account or activity.
2. Can I open more than one account from my computer ?
No! Only one account per Computer/Person.

4.  How can I use my music with an iPOD?
iPODs and iTunes use a proprietary file format (AAC coupled with proprietary encryption), and do not recognize protected WMA files. As a result, you cannot directly transfer the songs you downloaded in secure WMA format to your iPOD. You must first burn an audio CD (in CDA file format � a regular music CD) and then save those songs back into your personal computer�s iTunes library (import and convert to AAC format), then transfer them to your iPOD.

Follow the following steps:

  1. Save each downloaded song to your PC
  2. Burn a music CD (in CDA file format)
  3. Import the music from the CD into iTunes
  4. Update your iPOD
Where is my Virtual Music Card Pin?
You must earn at least 2 download credits before we can send a Pin #.  Pin #'s are made in increments of 2, 5, 10 or 20 downloads.  You were given 1 credit for registering, so you only need one more to get your Free Virtual Music card from EMI
6. How long does it take to download a file to a computer?
The time required to download a file to your computer depends on the size of the file (i.e. is it a single or a multiple track album, a video, etc.) and the speed of your Internet connection.

Typical download rates for a 4 minute WMA music track of 3.5MB size are:

  • 28.8k modem = 20-25 mins
  • 56.6k modem = 10-15 mins
  • ISDN = 5-10 mins
  • Cable / DSL / T1 = less than 1 min
7. How long after I complete an offer until I get my  Virtual Music  Card?
It takes 2 to 14 days to get confirmation back from our advertisers of a successfully completed offer.  We send out the Virtual Music Cards every Tuesday.
8 How do I get more free music downloads?
Just log into your private area at http://www.yesfree.com/freetunes/myaccount and complete any of the many offers.  Offers are worth between 1 and 20 downloads.
9. Why am I not getting Yesfree.com emails?
A. Some of your email could be getting automatically blocked or deleted by your ISP. To ensure delivery of Yesfree email, add our email address to your "Address Book".
10.  I live out side of the USA, can I still get a free virtual Music card?
Yes, As long as you live in a country that our advertisers accept traffic, you can earn free music by completing offers.
11. How do I download the music?
We will give you a Pin # that you will enter at EMI website.  You can choose from over 70,000 songs at EMI www.emimusicpromo.com
12. How can you afford to give away free music?
A: Many large companies are advertising online by paying a referral fee for sending potential customers to them. Yesfree takes the commission from offers that are completed and we use this money to buy music for our members.
13. Many offers require a credit card. Do you get that information from the advertisers? Is it safe to give it out?
A: Yes it is safe, and no the advertisers do not share any information about you with us. We only receive a report that says we were credited for the completed offer.
14. How do you know I was the one who completed an offer if the advertiser doesn't share any of my personal information with you?
A: We include your user number in all of the offer links. Our advertisers track that number and when an offer is reported to us as completed, they tell us the user number that was in the original link, nothing else.
